Can I start with the free Pearl plan?

Yes! The Pearl plan is completely free and lets you create a profile in our directory. It's a great way to try the platform before upgrading to a paid plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No contracts. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime and your subscription will end at the end of your billing period.

What happens if I don't renew?

If your subscription expires, your account will automatically switch to the free Pearl plan. Your profile stays online, but premium features will be disabled.

Do you really never take commissions?

Never. We only charge the monthly subscription fee. All payments between you and your clients are 100% yours - we don't take any cut.
