Roservice is a platform that connects clients with verified professional companions for social activities, dates, and companionship services within Ghana. This is a booking and introduction service.

2. User Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years of age
• Users must provide accurate information during registration
• Companions must complete verification before offering services
• Users must have a valid Ghanaian mobile number and Telegram account

3. Companion Verification

All companions undergo an admin verification process before their profiles become active. This includes:

• Identity verification
• Profile review and approval
• Compliance with platform guidelines

Verification does not guarantee the quality of service but confirms basic eligibility requirements.

4. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to companion confirmation
• Hourly rates are set by individual companions
• Payment terms are agreed upon between client and companion
• Roservice facilitates connections but does not process payments
• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance when possible

5. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Treat all parties with respect and professionalism
• Comply with all prohibited activities
• Respect boundaries and consent
• Not misuse the platform for illegal purposes
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion

6. Privacy and Data

• We collect and store user information as described in our privacy policy
• Personal information is not shared with third parties without consent
• Telegram usernames and phone numbers are used for communication
• Users can request account deletion at any time

7. Liability and Disclaimers

Roservice:

• Acts as an introduction service only
• Is not responsible for interactions between clients and companions
• Makes no guarantees about the quality or outcome of bookings
• Is not liable for disputes between users
• Reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms of service
• Engage in prohibited activities
• Provide false information
• Harass or abuse other users

9. Changes to Terms

Roservice reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
